Grant some wishes! [link]

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

NOW LET'S SEE IT!

1. I hope my sister gets some of her wishes granted or even commissions! Shes more deserving then me, if you read her page a bit you'll know why.
2. Motivation... there's always so much I want to do but never get around to.
3. I'll be honest, I want a spiffy new road bike! A Trek Madone would be amazing, even a Trek 1.5 would be. (I'm not expecting this one but I can always wish. ^_^ )
4. That I can grant some wishes for other people and bring them some joy.
5. Someone fun to go Ice Skating with during December.
6. Art! I love all styles, but one of a kind stuff always wins my heart over more.
7. To learn Japanese. I know a little.. but I want moaar for when I go back.
8. Inspiration for art of my own. Although I think other peoples wishlists might fix that a little, I'll still always take suggestions.
9. To meet new people. In area would be more fun of course, but out of area people make me happy also.
10. A surprise!

Hehe, my list seems hard to grant but I'm looking forward to granting others wishes more.
